This is high. We want postmeal sugars less than 140. This can be managed through a proper diet, METFORMIN and/or insulin with careful monitoring of sugars.
Next Steps
Avoid refined carbs, reduce carb intake if it’s high. Check blood glucose fasting and one hour after each meal daily. Maintain fasting less than 95 and one hour postmeal less than 140mg/dl.

Hello Pari... U got diagnosed with high sugars at 7th month so u likey have gestational diabetes.. As u said your post meal sugar 202 which is definitely above targets.. Such high sugars could be detrimental to both you and baby... Your targets are fasting below 90 and post meal 2 hrs below 120.... U need to keep diary of sugar readings 6 times a day before and 2 hr  aftrr each meal for 7 days...so that will be helpful in adjusting your insulin dose.. U also start medical nutrition therapy for gestational diabetes if not started....
Next Steps
Make sugar readings diary and check your sugars to understand the exact levels...
