Sugar level 2 hours after breakfast
Hi doctors i just entered to 31 weeks i was diagnosed with gestational diabetes at 28 weeks but my Gynecologist asked me to control with diet she didn't put me on any medicine or insulin since it was not that high Today I monitored my blood glucose level 2 hours post breakfast it showed 109 Is this normal or high ?

Yes it's normal.But try to follow the diabetic diet as advised by a dietician . Walking or some light exercise will also help maintain the blood sugar levels
