31 weeks pregnant, Random blood sugar
I am 31 weeks pregnant and did my random blood sugar test approximately 2 hours post lunch and value is 124. Do I have gestational diabetes ?

No . You don't have gestational diabetes. A more sure method to find gestational diabetes is to get a Glucose Challenge Test done .

Better to go for oral glucose tolerance test. Single post prandial glucose value cannot tell about gestational diabetes. In your case your post prandial sugar value is normal
