Fir piles there is no special treatment in modern science...Ayurveda is the best option for that...if u r having constipation take Gandharva Haritki 1 tablet at night with luke warm water at night...if u nt geeting relief with one tablet take 2 tablets...once the constipation is clear u will get out easily from this piles problem...if u have bleeding while defication take Raktstambhan vati this 2 tablets 3 times a day
