Suffering in skin problem for last 6yrs

I've been a skin decease for last 6 years, when winter come this skin problem arise. i consult with many skin doctors but its not help me. they give me INTRACONAZOLE CAPSULE and CEFUROXIME TABLET but it didn't help me. the problem is in one place of my leg for last 5 years.
