Suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea

My 3 year old daughter is suffering from vomit since Thursday night, she vomits immediately after eating and her stomach is bloated, she is passing gas and complaining of abdominal pain. She also passed loose stool once. Thank you for your suggestions.
