Restrict oral intake to 2 milk feeds,one of which should be top milk,and 4 solid meals,NOT more.
Commonest cause of vomiting at this age is usually overfeeding.
Secondly,keep his head and shoulders elevated about 15 degrees by placing a firm pillow under him.
