Suffering from Urticaria

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My friend is suffering from urticaria. He is unable to sleep, he is having rashes all over the body. Unbearable pain, itching and burning sensation he is having. This has happened earlier also..What he should do to relax himself so that he can sleep at night..any home remedies will be appreciated more.
