Suffering from skin elergy between thighs, it is comming back again after some time of treatment and it started as ringworm and it expanded entire thighs and became area black due to that and is itching a lot

As I can understand you are suffering for chronic fungal infection. And the only cure to this is a proper treatment.
Keep in mind-
1) Don't stop the treatment once you start feeling better without consulting your doctor.
