Suffering from skin disease

I am writing to seek your expert guidance regarding a skin condition that has been troubling me for the past two years.
Previously, I was diagnosed with eczema and received treatment accordingly. However, despite following the prescribed course of treatment, there has been no improvement or cure. The condition persists and continues to affect my daily life.
