Hello.. I have been having PCOD since 6months. I'm 5 feet with 59 kg weight,previously I was 47 kg. After delivering a baby I put on more weight.now I'm doing work outs to reduce the weight. Can you suggest me some diet!

Hi!!! When did u have been identified with PCOD? Is it before or after C-section? If you haven't perform the USG for PCOS or PCOD after delivery,it's required. You have to  reduce 5kgs to reduce PCOD, & painful menstrual periods or Metroregia, Hypermetropia etc for the purpose you have to maintain Daily Hourly Food guideline given by me or Exercise guideline. Hello, go for a high fiber diet. Eat lots of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Stay away from fats and excess sugar Do not consume fast foods. Eat healthy homemade foods. Dear go for 40 min walk and exercise. It will help alot

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals .Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Pcod can not be cured it can be prevented by diet so follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which keep u healthy & reduce ur weight. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hello, Being overweight can lead to PCOD. Reducing weight should be the option that you should be looking for. Soaked Methi seeds - early morning will help. Also reducing with with proper balanced meal is essential. Do not follow crash diets or keto diets. Before starting a diet check for other medical conditions. Regular exercise (45mins -1 hr), Portion control, Water intake- 2.5-3 L/ day, Protein rich diet, low fat diet, include fiber through fruits and vegetables

Hi It's very important for you to loose weight as obesity is the reason for PCOD and is also the consequence of PCOD. You need to follow a very healthy balanced diet for weight loss and making your hormonal balanced. You should meet me or any other Dietician for a personalized diet plan as I can't plan your diet here without knowing your Time Schedule, Diet Schedule and medical history. For a while you can follow the following tips which may help you to some extent. DISCLAIMER : If u have any other medical issue then tips will change in that case. 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat.
