I have been diagnosed with si joint sclerosis... but hlab 27 report was negative.. so i again did my mri and found der is tarlov cyst perineural as impression in mri findings... wat to do now plss suggest

Take rest and painkillers.. Asymptomatic Tarlov cysts don't require treatment... If it is very painful then surgery...
