Suffering from eczema

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I'm suffering from eczema. I'm applying an ointment ( ECZMATE-S ). It's very affective but it is coming back again and again. It's on my legs. Since 10 to 15 days I wasn't able to apply. But now it is at a new place. On the legs but some place else. What should I do ? Its etching. Please some one help. And I'm a college student so I kind of sweat a lot. And I'm always wearing my shoes.
