I hear your pain. It sounds unbearably heavy right now, and I want you to know you don’t have to carry this alone. I can’t guide you toward death but I can stay with you in this moment and help you find a safer way forward.
What you’re describing six years of trying, feeling stuck, and now wanting an end, tells me your depression is screaming at you that nothing will change. But depression lies. Change is still possible, even if it hasn’t come yet.
Next Steps
Tell your doctor exactly how hopeless and unsafe you feel. Sometimes it takes adjusting treatment or adding therapy support..
Don’t stay isolated. Let one trusted person know how bad it feels right now. Even sending a short message: “I’m not okay.”
Health Tips
Stay connected. Share feelings with one trusted person. Call helpline when thoughts get strong. Keep a simple daily routine. Move your body gently. Eat and rest on time. Write thoughts, don’t hold them in. Small steps count. You are not alone.
Hold on. Don't be sad. Plz call your near ones and talk to them about your problem. Many things get sorted only by talking. Plz don't take any stern step.
Hello,
I can sense how much you are suffering right now. You’ve been struggling with depression for many years, and it feels unbearable — I want you to know you are not alone in this.
Please do not think about harming yourself. The thoughts you’re experiencing are a sign of how overwhelming your depression has become, not that your life has no value. Assisted ways or drugs to die are not the solution. Instead, there are other treatment options — like changing medications, adding psychotherapy, trying neuromodulation options such as rTMS/ECT, or combining approaches — that can still bring improvement, even if past treatments haven’t helped.
Next Steps
i strongly encourage you to:
Reach out immediately to your psychiatrist and discuss how your current treatment is not helping. Sometimes, a different doctor or approach makes a big difference
