Hello practo user I can understand your concern regarding the problem that you are currently facing . The symptoms that you have mentioned are indicative of an underlying mental health illness which can be caused due to some personal stressors . To improve your sleep try to relax before going to bed : Have a warm bath, listen to quiet music or do some gentle yoga to relax the mind .Turn Your Bedroom into a Sleep-Inducing Environment : Your bedroom should be a peaceful place for rest and sleep. Temperature, lighting and noise should be controlled so that your bedroom environment helps you to fall asleep. You should also try and not work on your bed and limit the time on your phone once you try to sleep . It would be beneficial if you consult a clinical psychologist for better management of symptoms through regular counseling session. You can also reach out to me through practo app for further help and guidance.
