From last few months I am suffering from depression. To come out from the situation I have tried to engage myself in different activities like gardening, photography etc apart from my scheduled job. But still when I am alone I feel lots of tention in my mind. Resulting I cannot concentrate on matters which I am supposed to look after. As a result I misbehave with my family and my collegues.
Please help me...
