I am suffering from dental ache and mouth ulcer and taken mouth gel oracep and vit b and c complex along with zinc. Plzz help I cannot visit any doctor. Also tha yellowness in my teeth is a problem plzz help

Mouth Ulcer
Mugel/ Dologel CT, 5 times/day, In clean mouth use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes.
Warm water salt gargle repeatedly several times a day.
If experiencing pain or severe sensitivity in tooth,
T.Ketorol DT, one tablet at a time, maximum 3 tablets per day, only if moderate to severe pain, dilute in water and consume, to be consumed after food.
Antacid along.
Avoid hot compression or balm or ointment application.
