Suffering from cough
Previously she suffered from accute liver failure... Now she is suffering from cough...what medicine we can give her in cough, we have shown her to a child specialist but he refused to give medicines due to previous problems (june 2025). Actually most of the cough syrups are now banned in children less than 4 yrs old.that is why doctor did not prescribe any medication.
You can use saline nasal drops which will help to some extent.home remedies will also help
