all your symptoms are suggesting that you are suffering from allergic rhinitis
any type if allergy
1. you need to avoid allergens
2. you need to take prophylactic medicines
3. you need to take medicines to treat allergy once it occurs
allergens can be pollens, house mite dust, food and many other things, if possible avoid these things by using face masks when you are exposed
for long term treatment you need to take regular steroid±antihistamine nasal sprays
and antihistamines medicines which are very very effective
also do yoga, and aerobic exercises
if not responding to any of above methods you need to go for immunotherapy
