Suffering from bacnes
I am suffering from back acnes. They have been erupting from past couple of months. Ever since the fasting month (ramadan) has been over I've observed that they've been aggravated. Sometimes they leave usual acne marks behind which fade away but sometimes they leave behind keyloids. I am a very active person. I workout everyday for about 3 hrs including cardio. I consume a high quality pre workout which mainly consists of caffeine around 200mg along with bcaas, citrulline, and other neuro focus ingredients. I have been consuming it for a while now but never faced such acnes except for a few here and there. I also whey isolate protein post workouts with milk and sometimes the same in the morning along with a slice of bread and peanut butter. During night time I consume casein protein with almond milk. My skin also has a keyloidic tendency. Apart from that I have psoriasis but a mild one which left certain marks on my feet. My saliva does a good job which has faded away the spots.

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Maintenance treatment may be required to cover for recurrence. Please don't  apply oil on your head. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination and detailed prescription.
