My friend is suffering from Anadonia and she is taking her medicine and was diagnosed by a psychiatrist and it's been 6 months but she doesn't feel any changes. She thinks she is not getting any better. She said she hasn't felt even 1% change. She wants to try other methods. Is there any way other than medication and what will it cost her ?

Hi there, I understand your friend is suffering from some symptoms suggestive of depression. And she must be on medications for the same. However, if she is not getting better, there can be various causes for the same
1. Different diagnosis
2. Inadequate medication dosages
3. Current medicine is not working and needs to be changed
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist for finding the cause of no improvement.
