Suffering from allergy

Asked for Female, 2 Years

I am suffering from allergy for which the doctor prescribed me zempred 16 . But it hasn't benefitted me much. Now i want to stop taking this medicine. When i suddenly didn't take this medicine one day, there were rashes all over my palms..the dosage has been gradually decreased from 1 1/2 tablet a day to 1/2 tablet now. Should i now stop taking this medicine? Will the rashes occur again ? How to get rid of it?
