My baby age is 5 moths old she is suffering Loose motion 4-5 times from 2 days that is yellow colour .she breast feeding can u give me the precautions

4-5 stools in a day is fine provided the baby is feeding fine and passing urine adequately.. You can give a probiotic if it is very much bothering you.
