Suffereing from fever

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Last late night I’m suffering from fever. Morning I checked it was 100.1 degree and after that i had food and took combiflame and slept after got up in evening body temp its 99.9 degree. I’m 21 yrs old female. Kindly suggestion me anti biotic because my exams are going on
