Hi doctor,
I used to be a skinny and underweight person till about 2 years ago, slowly I gained a little weight which was good. In the past few months, I've gained about 6-8 KGs (mostly stomach, thighs, buttocks) and I also missed my period this month. I feel tired, sluggish and my body aches. There are sort of stretch marks on my waist. I am always tired and I do not want my body to be this bizzare shaped, I have no idea what has prompted this changes in my body, maybe age, but I want to know if there's is a bigger issue here. I want to function better and feel better. A lot has changed in 2 years in my life but my erratic eating habits are the same, almost but yes, there was been a significant decline in my physical activity. I feel like I don't even remember how to run anymore and I used to be an athlete. I feel horrible. I'd like to know all the possibilities. Thank you for reading and answering my question.
