Missed period last month
My usual period date was 4-5th January but the periods didn't come. After waiting for 3-4 days I used the pregnancy kit which came negative. Just to confirm the same i went to a gynaecologist after 9-10 days of my usual date and she advised me to do a Vaginal sonography to confirm if its negative and also check for PCOD. After the sonography there was nothing, like no pregnancy and no PCOD as well. Its been 15-20 days since tha but havent gotten my periods. Pls note: I have had a lifestyle change since November mid. I have recently started working, along with that i have my exams and its stress and pressure. I have gained quite some weight as well since December. So I suspect the delay in periods can be due to lifestyle change and weight gain. Please advise. Thank you so much
