Irregular spotting and cycle variation can occur due to hormonal fluctuations, especially after stopping treatment. Current symptoms like diarrhea, upper abdominal pain, tiredness, and spotting with white discharge are more suggestive of a gastrointestinal infection or stress-related hormonal disturbance, not a true period. What to do next: Observe for 3–5 days; spotting may settle on its own Stay well hydrated and eat light food Avoid taking more painkillers than advised (Dolo 650 max 3/day) If spotting continues, pain worsens, or discharge becomes foul-smelling/itchy, consult a gynecologist A repeat pregnancy test (if applicable), urine test, or ultrasound may be advised if symptoms persist This does not appear urgent, but follow up if symptoms don’t improve.
