Your symptoms are most likely due to the hormonal effect of the i-pill. Emergency contraception commonly causes withdrawal bleeding followed by delayed or irregular periods and spotting for 1–3 months. Since your pregnancy test is negative and later intercourse was protected, pregnancy is unlikely, but a blood beta-hCG can be done if periods don’t come. Cycles usually normalize on their own; see a gynecologist if there is no proper period after 6–8 weeks or spotting continues. Avoid repeated use of emergency pills and use regular contraception.

Emergency pills can cause menstrual irregularities. It's okay . But it is necessary to keep an eye out for pregnancy. In 3-4 months periods will regularise.

Repeat a pregnancy test first. You might have to get a serum beta hcg and an ultrasound done and get treated accordingly.

Ipill is notorious to cause irregular bleeding. If your urine pregnancy test is negative, do not worry. Periods may take 1-3 months to regularise again. If in doubt, go for serum bchg levels. They would confirm pregnancy or refute it
