Sudden rashes & itching that disappears

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I get sudden rashes anywhere on my body ..mostly leg and hand . These rashes appear with itching and then disappears after 30 min. I am facing this issue from 3-4 months. I have done course for albandazole and allegra for 7 continuos days. Now, I take allegra after 4 days and it does not appear till 4 - 5 days. After 5 day i again start getting rashes and has to take allegra. I couldn't find any pattern regarding eating habits or daily activities for this rashes. My bp ,sugar , thyroid , creatinine is normal.
