Sudden rash in skin and spreading

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I got a sudden rash in my skin. First it starts abound my neck then spread over my face and chest. Before the rash starts my chest got some red pimples. Now the rash spreads over my two shoulders, my whole chest, my upper belly. The skin rash on the face and neck is gone now but other parts still speading. They are not that ichy or at all painful.
