Sudden pelvic pain
My 11 year old son is suddenly having pain in lower abdomen, just above pelvis. It is dull achey pain with sudden stabbing sensation. He is not feeling comfortable sitting up. He does not have flatulence, no fever, no burning sensation in passing urine, no frequent urge to urinate, no urgent need to pass stool, no nausea, no visible swellings. He ate cheese toast, sausage and fried egg for breakfast.
