Sudden occurence od painful lump/abcess

Sir/madam, Recently I am suffering with painful lump behind my lower head/behind neck...ppl says that it may be of infection and sudden I&D surgery is needed...can someone tell me how much it costs and is it safe as I have diabetes???...please help me guys...it really hurts so much😭🙏ThankYou for ur consideration od my problem
