Sudden moments are scarring
Hi I am 26 years old. I have been alone, daring, bold all the time. But never scarred for anything. Recently I am getting scared for small things Like if a person suddenly comes It makes me terrifying The person next to us does any unexpected moment I m trembling for a sec at that moment At those moments heart feels heavy And beats faster Unexplainable in words on what I am feeling. What is this What is happening with me Why I have been changed like this?

Hi.. Is it right to say that you experienced panic in such situations? If yes, than it can easily be addressed with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). You being bold or daring has nothing to do with this fear/panic response. Our brain, especially the animal brain, is susceptible to such cues that emulate any kind of physical threat. It used to be important for our survival in ancient times against our predators. But now in modern times those physical threats are being replaced with financial, emotional, social, or psychological threats. When we feel our survival is under attack our mind generates that typical fight, flight, or freeze/panic response that you have experienced. I am explaining the aetiology of this fear/panic response to you to help you understand how natural it is for you to feel this way. There is certainly something you have repressed but your mind is very much aware of it and it feels threatened. It can be anything related to your personal, professional, family, relationships or even spiritual or sexual life. But it is imbibing a fear response in your subconscious mind and it needs to be identified and addressed in a therapeutic setting.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required. Psychoanalytic principles may be used for probing the accurate cause.
