Sudden leg pain
Random pain in the legs, from thighs to the ankle. It starts anytime and then ends only with massage. Happens 3-4 times a week. Please advise.

Hi pain starting from back, going down to leg/ankle is due to nerve irritation, that can be due to no. Of reasons like disc buldge, Sciatica or simple muscle spasm.
