Sudden itching and rashes

Asked for Male, 32 Years

On Thursday I got sudden rashes and acute itching. After an hour it increased a lot with more rashes and redness and itching. So I rushed into emergency where I was given anti allergic injection. For next 3 hours I was fine. Now today on friday since morning again few rashes have developed, and itching is there. I am taking Citrix one morning evening. Should I be worried
