Hello! I always had beautiful thick hair with zero hair fall. Out of a sudden my hairs started shedding severely. I use Neelibhringadi Thailam by KOTTAKAL And Patanjali shampoo. The only change that I made and can recall is using Chick Shampoo and I also stopped using Opti woman multivitamin which i was taking for bone health for three months. (Am 30) My back used to ache and i used to feel stiff and Opti women helped me.
