Sudden hair loss. My mouth due to sam!

Hi there My height is 5.5 and weight around 70 kgs. I am pure vegeterian, with smoking habbit of 3-4 cig a day from past 5 years. I also drink occasionally, twice a month. I had a frontal male pattern baldness which started around 3-4 years back and i lost complete hairs at front in the period. I had hair transplant surgery in sept 2017 and to my surprise i got my hairs back within 2-3 months. Its been 6 months today and the frontal area is nearly full. However within past 1 month i am loosing a lot of hairs in a day. They are from rest of the scalp, and its getting really frustrating. I apply androanagen a minoxidyl and aminexil 5% and 1.5% non alcoholic solution in my scalpe and also regulalrly apply oil and clean my scalp. I am not sure of the reason for such sudden loss. There is no recent health issue as such. I am employed and do a quite stressfull job but rest of my work buddies are ok. Also i suffer from indigestion and i have burning sensation in my mouth due to sam
