Sudden Hair loss for past 3 months

I am 24 years old male , have no hereditary baldness running in family , i just started pursing Mba , since then i have been having quite a lot of hair loss , as i run my fingers in my head ,like 5-6 strokes of hair strands comes off , i am very scared .is there any solutions for this
