Sudden excessive dandruff and hairfall
My scalp suddenly had excessive dandruff on travelling from Delhi to Mumbai. Dandruff Reappears the very next day after hairwash. And I am washing every alternate day. Continuous washing helped in controlling the flakes and itchiness but dandruff Reappears right after washing. Using Phytoral SP shampoo already. Excessive amount of hairfall with a lot of breakage and hairline is looking emptier. Taking all iron, vitamin E and other multivitamin supplements regularly. Hair texture has also become rough. Volume lost. Scalp never feels fresh, always laden with dandruff.

Sudden onset of dandruff can be related to stress which is common is lockdown kindly give a brief history so we can start ur treatment
Meanwhile use sebowash shampoo on alternative days and u will see a lot of improvement in ur dandruff and once it cures there will be a significant improvement in ur hairfall too

This is seborrheic dermatitis which Is a fungal infection.needs to be treated with medications.hairfall can be due to stress lack of sleep, hormonal imbalance, thyroid,dandruff,vitamin deficiencies,poor nutrition.assesseing the cause is very important.consult me online for further treatment and discussion
