Sudden episode of spinning
Hi doctor j am 27 old, from last 1 year i am having bronchitis along with sudden feeling of spinning and loss of control with shortness of breath. I saw ENT doctor, he prescribed some anti histamines, but it resolves only till i am taking medicines then come back. I smoke and drink daily.
Can you suggest if anything major?

Sudden spinning can be due to ear problems, can be due to anaemia , or can be due to postural drop in BP. Plus alcohol and smoking is not at all recommended in such conditions . I need to get more details for appropriate advice
