Sudden ear pain

Asked for Male, 41 Years

Sudden ear pain after waking up from sleep, no injury, no cough or cold or fever. Pain sometimes extends to the back of the ear near the jaw joint. What dose of Otogesic can I use? Any side effects as I need to drive?
