If you are on any medication consider if you can discontinue. Anxiety, worry, tension unusual changes in life lack of sleep, poor nutrition, dehydration all can affect milk supply. Avoid or settle all the problems. Sucking is the best stimulus for milk secretion. Show love and affection to the baby. Cuddling also increases milk. Safe calm congenial atmosphere same place and dim lighting privacy all can help in successful breast feeding.
Next Steps
Consider medication as advised by physician or Gynaecologist.

Breast milk supply can fluctuate temporarily due to stress, poor sleep, reduced feeding/pumping frequency, dehydration, illness, periods returning, or baby starting solids. Most cases improve with frequent effective feeding. Continue breastfeeding on demand every 2-3 hours and avoid long gaps. Let baby empty one breast well before switching. Skin-to-skin contact, proper latch, good sleep, fluids, and adequate meals are more important than supplements alone.
Next Steps
monitor whether baby is passing adequate urine (at least 5-6 times/day), active, and gaining weight normally. If these are normal, often the milk is still sufficient even if breasts feel less full.
Health Tips
If supply remains low for more than a few days, baby seems unsatisfied, urine output decreases, or weight gain is poor, kindly consult a pediatrician/lactation consultant to check feeding technique and maternal factors like stress, anemia, thyroid issues, etc.

Greetings A sudden drop in milk supply can be stressful, but it is often temporary and manageable. Please double-check the physical labels of any supplements like Galactine powder to verify their proper use. This sudden change could be linked to several possibilities, such as hormonal shifts (like the return of your period), temporary dehydration or stress, or a sudden change in your baby's nursing patterns or growth spurts. To help increase your supply, you can try three main options: increase the frequency of nursing or pumping sessions, practice skin-to-skin contact with your baby to stimulate lactation hormones, and ensure you are staying exceptionally well-hydrated and rested.
