Sudden closeness of ear

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi my left ear suddenly gets close many times a day and slight I feel ear pain.. I had visited ent specialist he said it is because my internal 1 pipe is blocked due to cold .and I feel tightness in left side of head also. I took antibiotics and other medicines for 5 days.. But again I'm facing the same problem.. Any permanent solution?
