Sudden body hair growth

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am 32 year old male, in last few days I am anxious as all my body hair grew longer and faster all of sudden. I notice hair in new areas on arms where there was no hair before. All hair has grown twice in length. I see 2 hair strands coming out of a single follicle at many places. Is this a cause of concern?
