Fan and AC lift sound anxious me
Hello after a sudden attack of sound of some machinery I become over sensitive to some sounds... Like in my home it my all fans and my brother room AC and my building lift sound and along with I experienced some machinery sound in both of my washrooms which is constant.... Any new sound make me anxious and feel like to run away from it.... I face sleep distrub also... My Dr said I'm having sound sensitivity issue.... But I wanna know how to handle in everyday life... How to avoid these sound to make me anixous... I want to feel normal but in my home some normal things sound fan ac makes me anxious... One more things some other sound sometime distract me from being anxious of these sounds
