I'm over thinking about my past. I'm getting unnecessary fight with my husband. I'm behaving very aggressive... I had child... sometimes I'm out of control.. that time I'm showing my anger on my child...i need solution for my problem

Unnecessary fights arise due to unsolved incidents,when you do not accept and stay in the trauma state whereas your partner holds different views and finds your concerns insignificant.please accept your surroundings learn to forgive and be easy on yourself and others.
Drink adequate water,specially when you feel aggravated.think before you react,everything can be justified but expression of anger on a child cannot be explained. consult a professional asap if you can not work on your impulse.
