Sudden Allergy

Hello Doc, My cousin is suddenly facing some sort of allergy on the knees front and back and she already had the same issue like a few days ago on her hands too. Has fever since last 2 days and is feelung weak too. The allergy looks like some swollen thing,its soft and has redness around it. I'l attach a few photos. Please identify what it is and reply as soon as possible. Thank You
