Substitute for Nimek 100
My wife is blessed with a baby girl with a natural process and doctor prescribed to have NIMEK 100 tab however she had this tablet for two days And she started getting inching from head to toe.
So I wanted to know does it happens due to this tablet and do we have any other substitute for this?

Nimek is not required. If episitomy has not been done then simple painkillers like meftal spas can be taken on sos basis.

No need to take tab nimek.... This is a pain killer.... You can take any other pain killer if there is pain..
