Submandibular gland swelling
My right submandibular gland is swollen. You can't see it but I can feel it . It's not much but keeps getting big and small. Is it cancer I'm worried. What should I do ?

Get a Usg neck. Most often the swellings in the neck are lymohnodes,unless proved otherwise.
