  4. Subchrionic collection. My pregnancy?

I m 7 wks pregnant. and diagnosed with subchrionic collection. it has covered 60% area. i am on bed rest for 10 days and susten 300 tablet. my doctor is saying if it not get cured then she will abort the baby. can anyone tell me how can i save my pregnancy???
